    1. Marketing Activities, 2. Initial Contact, 3. Follow-up, 4. Profiling, 5. Needs Evaluation, and 6. Solution Development.

    When writing a Proposal Letter, think AIDA:
    A-Awareness (educate about solution)
    I-Interest (get their interest)
    D-Desire
    A-Acquisition
